Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Because this is a one-person operation, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, but I always do my best to ship promptly.

 

Shipping Destinations
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping on all U.S. orders. This rate is based on the average size and weight of our items and helps keep checkout simple and transparent.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

 

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order, as I am unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to address errors.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact me immediately after placing your order. I may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

 

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed, and delays may occur that are outside of my control.

 

Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. If an issue arises, please reach out and I will do my best to assist where possible.
